2. WHY DID I CHOOSE MY MAJOR

 Hello everyone! Today I will tell you about one of my favorite things to do, eating! My favorite food is beans with mazamorra, Chilean food, it is so tasty! This dish has beans, onion, pumpkin, ground corn with basil.  First you have to fry the onion with the oil, season it as you like, then add beans and pumpkin. Once everything is cooked you have to add corn and basil mixture and wait for everything to finish cooking (approximately 45 minutes). I like this dish so much, it is exquisite, the texture of the ground corn with the beans is incredible. The bad thing is that it is made in summer and eating it makes me very hot hahahaha. By logic I assume that the mixture of beans plus corn must be caloric, but being a legume is beneficial to health because it increases satiety, it is rich in carbohydrates, micronutrients, protein and vitamin B. It's small, comfortable, you can keep it in your pocket and have a world inside it. What I like the most is that you can research anything, listen to music, call and talk to the people you want.  The dream job I had when I was little was to be a dentist or "Tooth Doctor" as I used to call it. Honestly I had no other options but dentistry, at some point I considered nursing but I was never really convinced. As long as I can remember I always wanted to study dentistry, I had no other options and I was very worried because if I was not selected in this university I didn't know what else to do. So far, my experience at the university has been quite stressful and difficult. You have to study a lot, because dentistry is very demanding, I really like the career, but you have to dedicate a lot of time and be very disciplined. The career is very fun and it is very practical, which is what I like the most.
